Tail Guides and Practicums:

BRC has completed hiring of new tail guides for the 2019-20 season.  If considering joining us in 2020-21, please get your CSGA1, CAA1, and class 4 driver license.

If you already have your CSGA2, but not yet your CAA2, or vice versa, we would still be interested in speaking with you, however.

If you would like to come for a 3-6 day unpaid practicum, to shadow a tail guide or snow safety guide and learn about our operation and get to know us with a view to applying for future work, we will take one practicum per day, and there are a few spots still available for this season.  This is a supernumerary training position which does not replace a paid guide,
